• Cancellation Policy - Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the start of the activity and receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. - If the activity has to be postponed due to adverse weather conditions, we will offer an alternate date if possible. If a suitable alternate date cannot be found or the activity cannot be conducted, travelers will receive a full refund. - If we cancel the activity for any reason, travelers will receive a full refund. - If we propose changes to the booking and the traveler does not accept them, a full refund will also be issued. - Full refunds will also be given for cancellations due to force majeure.
