Description
Discover freediving in a small group (maximum 4 people per buoy), supervised by a state-certified instructor, for an experience that is both friendly, safe, and accessible to all.
Departing directly from Passable beach in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, experience a gradual introduction in one of the iconic locations of the French Riviera: the harbor of Villefranche-sur-Mer, known for its clear waters and its history linked to freediving.
A boat-free experience that is more gentle and more responsible
There's no boat here. The activity starts directly from the beach, which allows for a more natural approach and limits the environmental impact associated with motorized travel at sea.
It's also very comfortable: no seasickness, a gradual entry into the water, and immediate contact with the marine environment.
An accessible introduction to snorkeling
This introduction is designed for beginners and those curious to discover freediving in a gentle way. You learn the essential basics:
breathing techniques
relaxation and letting go
equalizing the ears
movement underwater
discovering the different disciplines of freediving
Without a tank or heavy gear, freediving offers a unique sensation of freedom, calm, and connection to the water.
An immersion in the waters of the Mediterranean
In the crystal-clear waters of the Villefranche-sur-Mer harbor, you gradually move between the surface and the depths, in an exceptional natural environment.
At the end of the session, a short exploration of the seabed allows you to observe the Mediterranean's biodiversity: fish, Posidonia seagrass beds, sea urchins, and other species emblematic of the region.
An educational and safe approach
Your certified instructor accompanies you at every stage:
welcome and gear
safety briefing
Breathing and relaxation exercises

The small group allows for attentive guidance, a relaxed atmosphere, and progress at your own pace.
