In this city of artists, bathed in the extraordinary light that has inspired generations of painters, we invite you to enjoy a unique and immersive experience in the heart of Nice. As Henri Matisse once said:

Your experience begins with a guided walking tour through the charming streets of Old Nice. Accompanied by your guide, Benoît, you’ll discover the city’s rich history, traditions, legends, artistic heritage, and little-known anecdotes, all while exploring its colorful squares, picturesque alleyways, and iconic monuments.
The tour then continues to the magnificent port of Nice, where Alesia will welcome you for a watercolor painting workshop. Facing one of the city’s most picturesque panoramas, you’ll learn to capture the colors, the atmosphere, and that remarkable light that has fascinated artists for centuries.
Alesia is a trained painter specializing in fine arts. She has a solid foundation in drawing, painting, composition, and art history. Inspired by nature, light, and human emotions, she brings a sensitive and creative approach to her work. Passionate about sharing her knowledge, she guides participants through the fundamentals of watercolor painting, helping them develop their observational skills, artistic techniques, and personal expression. For her, art is a universal language that allows everyone to explore and reveal their creativity.
All materials are provided. Take the time to relax, observe, and create in an inspiring setting. At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with your own watercolor painting: a unique and personal memento of your stay on the French Riviera, that will fit perfectly in a small piece of luggage.

And to wrap up this memorable experience, Claire will welcome you to her restaurant, La Socca du Port, for a tasting of authentic local specialties. Enjoy socca, stuffed vegetables, local produce, and regional wine while discovering the flavors that are an integral part of Nice’s cultural identity.
