About Your Tour:
You'll meet me at the iconic fountain on Place Masséna and we will begin together an unforgettable experience through the heart of Nice.
As it is a private tour, the meeting can be adapted to you.
We will step into the charming maze of Vieux Nice (we call it here the 'Old Town', or 'Vieux Nice'), where colorful facades, lively squares, hidden alleyways, elegant Baroque churches, local boutiques, and traditional cafés reveal the city's unique Mediterranean character. Along the way, discover fascinating stories, local legends, and the rich history that has shaped Nice over the centuries.
Experience the authentic flavors of the French Riviera with a tasting of regional olives and olive oils while learning about the culinary traditions of Provence and the County of Nice. This tasting is included whenever possible, but may occasionally be unavailable due to shop closures or local events.
Continue to the vibrant Cours Saleya Market, famous for its flowers, fresh produce, local specialties, and artisanal products. Enjoy free time to browse the stalls, purchase handmade souvenirs, or simply soak up the lively atmosphere.
Admire some of Nice's most remarkable landmarks, including the Opera House, the Town Hall, the Palais de la Préfecture, and the beautiful Rossetti Square, home to the magnificent Nice Cathedral.
Your walk then follows the world-famous Promenade des Anglais, offering breathtaking views over the sparkling Bay of Angels and, in the distance, the Port of Nice. Continue towards Castle Hill, where the city's most spectacular panoramic viewpoint awaits. From here, enjoy unforgettable views across the rooftops of Old Nice, the Mediterranean Sea, the port, and the surrounding mountains—the perfect ending to your private tour.
