This experience is an invitation to slow down, to converse, and to discover the gourmet history of Nice through iconic recipes passed down through generations.
During this food tasting, you will enjoy three individual artisanal pastries carefully selected to represent the local culinary identity. In particular, you will discover a delicate lemon tart that showcases the region's citrus fruits, a delicacy scented with orange blossom and Mediterranean notes, and an authentic sweet chard pie, a must-try specialty of Nice's heritage and a true gastronomic curiosity for visitors.
