Important Information

• Participants must hold a valid driving license and have the legal right to ride a 50cc-equivalent scooter in France. TWID MOTO verifies documents on arrival and may refuse participation if requirements are not met. No alcohol or drug use; unsafe behavior may lead to refusal/termination of service. Helmet and gloves are mandatory. A passenger is allowed only if the scooter is approved for 2 people, local rules permit it, and the booking is for 2 participants. Participants are fully financially responsible for any loss or damage attributable to them (fault, negligence, misuse, or breach of instructions/traffic laws). TWID MOTO may charge the full costs of repair, replacement, recovery and related admin fees. Light rain/overcast does not automatically cancel the experience. If conditions are unsafe, TWID MOTO may reschedule or cancel for safety. If TWID MOTO cancels for safety reasons, customers may choose a full refund (per GetYourGuide policy) or reschedule, subject to availability.
