Description
Your adventure starts at the reception, located 2.5 km from the accrobranche site inside Rives du Loup departmental park. There, you will receive an identification bracelet and optional gloves (available for purchase at €2) recommended for comfort and protection.
You can reach the climbing area by:
- Walking: A 2.5 km self-guided walk along a signposted path, approximately 30 minutes, without instructor accompaniment.
- Cycling: A 15-minute ride accompanied by an instructor on both outbound and return trips, providing guidance and safety.
Wear suitable clothing and bring water for the walk or ride. Once on site, you will be fitted with a harness and helmet. An instructor will conduct a safety briefing, explain your equipment, assess your skill level, and help you select an appropriate course.
The four accrobranche courses vary from beginner to advanced and last 1.5 to 2 hours. The courses are self-guided but instructors are available on the ground to assist as needed.
After completing your course, return follows the same route as arrival. If cycling, an instructor will accompany you back to reception; if walking, you return independently via the marked path.
